CLAIRE ZAI

I grew up scaling the sides of the Colorado Rockies and now am lucky enough to now be in the PNW. My academic background focuses on physiology, neuroscience, and biomechanics. I train people with all backgrounds and levels of participation. I am particularly passionate about women in sports and science and paving the road for future generations to succeed.

I start medical school in 2024 and I am competing in international level powerlifting.
